We normally ship our products within five business days unless requested otherwise. If we are unable to dispatch your order within five business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date. Please note some of our items are cast to order so so longer delay times are inevitable.
During check out you will be given various postal options depending on
where in the world the order is to be delivered. As a customer it is
your reasonability to select the correct method of shipment. We only
ship with the option you have chosen so if you require insurance please
make sure you select this option. We will not be reasonable for any lost
or damaged orders if the incorrect method of postage is not selected.
Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.
If an order has been dispatched by courier and is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed with Modellers Resource within 5 days from date of dispatch of goods.
If we feel you have a genuine case the following options will then be made available:
1. Replacement: If possible, a replacement will be sent, subject to availability.
2. Credit: If no replacement is available, a credit will be offered to the full amount of the purchase price.
3. Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e... if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited. If the item was purchased by direct credit, the debited account shall be credited). unfortunately this method incurs a charge back which is set by your card company. please refer to your card company for change back fees
Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully.
Exchanges will not be permitted.
If you live outside the UK or the European Union you may be subject to import taxes or customs duty. Unfortunately we are not responsible for any of these charges and we suggest you contact your local customs office to establish what charges you may or may not be liable for. Please don't ask us to doctor the CN22 Customs Declaration sticker on your package
